How can we help you?
In 2019, Bridges HealthCare opened with the goal of helping patients who needed symptom control. As a sister company to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, with Bridges HealthCare you can receive the symptom management hospice patients need and still pursue treatment. Since 2019, we have grown to serve 8 different counties in southeast and south central Kansas.
In 2022, we added a home health company in Sedgwick County. Bridges Home Care is a great option if you have a need for the same quality symptom management, but also with a skilled nursing or therapy option.
